Cheap email solutions that are included with website hosting are generally prone to wide variety of issues including poor deliverability, frequently marked as spam, hacking and slower delivery times. Professional mail accounts like Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace can also be scaled easily, can be used via Outlook or using their respective Webmail interfaces and via your phone. All using 2FA for added security with optional anti-phishing/anti-virus solutions – keeping your business safe and secure.

- Microsoft 365 Business Basic (£5.00*pm/user) Business Basic includes email services and web based Word and Excel.
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Premium (£10-18pm/user) includes Email with Desktop Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Publisher.
- Protonmail Business (£7-£11*pm/user) for the highest security encrypted email service. Custom domain name. Swiss data centers.

- Setup – Configure all domain settings with security and compliance requirements, login security, configure email accounts and test. Cost £10 per account with £120 base charge.
- Management – Maintain service, reset accounts, add or remove users, change mail sharing options, create shared mail boxes, resolve email issues, check logs for security breaches and monitor for email problems. £10 per user per month.
- Essential Maintenance – Monitor services, manage admin security protocols, check logs and resolve delivery issues. £65 per month per company email
- Email Backup – We can setup and manage email backup solutions. There are multiple options for this – please enquire for more information.
