Office 365 Error 30015-11 on systems running Malwarebytes or other anti-virus solutions

This issue appears on both Windows 10 and 11 especially on systems running Malwarebytes which started in October 2023.

Usually resolved by using the Microsoft repair tool for office. Visit the link below and choose the blue download option.

Before running the tool you must exit out of Malwarebytes so that it is not running in any way.

Then choose the option to scrub the Office 365 installation.

Once complete – visit https://office.com and login

Find the install button in the top right and install a fresh copy of Office.

Then reboot and check Malwarebytes is running again.
